Kathy’s hand-painted
silks are a feast of color and texture. She paints white silk fabric
with dyes, using a variety of techniques: resist drawing, wet on dry
streaking, and color blending. The dye-colors are set and “resists”
removed before she sews the garments. She uses original designs to
make a piece you’ll enjoy for years.
